In Yogya, August 25, the Bus driver Physical Checks
VIVAnews -Office of Yogyakarta special region Province Health will check the health of the driver of a bus in Giwangan bus station, Yogyakarta. The examination was conducted on 25 August by checking urine and certainly heightened the tension to ensure driving safety during the current Idul Fitri.
DIY Health Service Chief revealed, Sarminto health checking will be done on the intercity bus drivers in the province (AKDP). Examination will start from 09.00 until 12.00.
"It Checks to make sure the driver really healthy and well worth the drive," said Sarminto in Jogja, Friday, August 19, 2011.
He explains, checking urine is performed to find out if the driver was under the influence of alcohol and drugs or not. They are proven to be positive in the influence of these substances, automatic driving will not be allowed to be clean.
Whereas the checking of blood to find out certainly heightened the tension of blood pressure to normal. I.e. whether the driver in question in need of a break or actually primed to travel far.
This health check is carried out will also be coordination with the Department of transportation and other related services on a periodic basis. (Report Erick Tanjung, Yogyakarta)
